Not knowing what is their authentic self is the biggest problem that many organizations struggle with.

You and your team need to discover your AUTHENTIC SELF by regularly brainstorming together.
Chill together, have a happy hour, or go to a resort on a weekend away from the hustle of the city. Bring out the creative side in each other. Use Design Thinking.
